Community Listening Session @ Gilsum Library

Listening for Change in the Monadnock Region

We invite you to attend a community listening session at Gilsum Pulibc library. This is part of Monadnock Interfaith Project's current phase of listening to understand the challenges local people encounter in our community. Our goal is to identify MIP's next social justice campaign.

Listening can be a spiritual practice - we open our hearts and minds to share and to hear from our neighbors what is weighing on their hearts and minds.  These MIP Listening Sessions in faith congregations, community organizations and public spaces people are invited to share stories from their own lives about barriers to living a full and healthy life.  After the Listening Sessions a new social justice campaign will be chosen and MIP will commence work in that area for positive systemic change in our region. • Reporting Meeting, March 26, 6:30pm St. James Episcopal Church in Keene where we will hear about the results from Listening Sessions.
• Community Assembly, April 9, 6:30pm, Monadnock Covenant Church 6:30pm where we will select MIP's next social justice campaign.
